Abstracts
are invited from all participants for oral and poster presentation.
All abstracts should be submitted in English and sent online
before June 1, 2004. You may contact the Congress Secretariat
if you have difficulties while sending your submission ( eta2004@intratravel.com).
All abstract submitters will receive an official e-mail
immediately after the receipt of their abstracts. If you
do not receive this letter please contact the Congress
Secretariat.
Authors will be informed by July 10, 2004 whether their
abstracts has been accepted or not.
Abstracts will be published in "Hot Thyroidology"
online and "Turkish Jurnal of Endocrinology and Metabolism
(Turk-JEM)".

| Format of Abstracts |
| Abstracts should clearly
state the following: |
- Presenting Author's name and full contact details
|
| |
- Conference Topic to which the subject is closely related
|
| Rules of Abstracts |
- The abstracts should be no longer than 300 words and
should state the purpose, method and result of the study.
|
- Authors are allowed to appear on more than one abstract,
but as first author on no more than one abstract.
|
- Topic titles for each abstract should be identified
from:
- Molecular and Cell Biology
- Cancer
- Autoimmunity
- Clinical
|
(Molecular and cell biology
comprises all aspects of thyroid and thyroid hormone biology.)

| Young Investigators Session |
| If the presenting author (first
author) of an abstract is below 35 years, he / she can apply
for oral presentation at a Young Investigators Session. For
applying, it should be checked on abstract submission form.

| Travel Grants |
| If you are suitable for Young Investigators
Session, you can apply for travel grants. Free accommodation
for 10 young researchers will be provided. |
|
| Abstracts will be evaluated by
the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee reserves
the right to change the topic title and presentation type
of accepted abstracts. |
