PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees Registration fees should be paid upon sending the registration form. Registrations are only confirmed once the full payment is received. Membership will be confirmed by the ETA Secretariat for payment of 2004 fee. Hotel Accomodation The guarantee the booking, the registration form must be accompanied by an advance payment for 1 night room-rate made to Intra Travel. Reservations are only confirmed once the 1-night rate is received. The remaining amount of the total accomodation will be paid at the Conference Registration desk on arrival. Payments can be made: By credit card Detailed credit card information should be given on registration form. Only Visa and Master card is accepted (not American Express). By bank transfer Registration fee can be transferred to below-mentioned bank account: Bank name: Yapı & Kredi Bank Branch: Elmadağ / Branch Code : 124 Swift code: YAPITRIS 124 Accout name: ETA 2004 Euro account no: 3095148-3 Please Note: All payments are required in Euro. The participant is liable to pay all bank charges associated with transaction. Bank drafts proving the payment are required along with the registration form. Cheques are not accepted. Cancellation Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to Intra Travel Ltd. Refunds for registration, hotel accomodation, social events and tours will be made according to the following schedule: - Full refund for written cancellations received before July 15, 2004 (*) - 50 % refund for written cancellations received before August 16, 2004 - No refund for written cancellations received after August 16, 2004 (*) Cancellations will be charged with administration cost of Euro 30.
