1. Guidelines for Abstracts

The Organizing and Scientific Committee invite sports scientist, sports managers, physical educators, health care professionals involved in the topics of sports sciences to submit abstracts, either for oral presentation, poster. The scientific committee decides acceptance or rejection of an abstract. All applications will be notified of the outcome of their submission by e-mail until February 26/ 2009 To ensure high quality of the Conference, the scientific committee encourages submission of abstracts dealing with original scientific work not previously presented in any other meeting. Abstracts can only be submitted electronically through the online system on this webside.

2. Procedure and General Policy for Abstracts
1. The deadline for submission abstracts( for oral and poster communications) is 30/01/ 2009.
2. An author can be the presenter as a presenting authors, whose abstracts are accepted for presentation, should register for the congress.
3. An author can be the presenter of at most 2 abstracts.
4. Abstracts must be submitted online only in English using the Abstract Submission System. No hardcopy submissions will be considered.
5. Authors will need to indicate their preference on the online form: oral presentations, poster . However, as only a limited number of oral presentations can be accepted, authors may be requested to change their proposal and present their work as a poster.
6. Abstracts should be at 300 words and 3000 characters.
7. The subtitles of the abstract should be in the order of “Aims ”, “ Materials and Methods”, “Results”, “Conclusion” and “Key Words”. 2-4 key words should be included in the abstracts.
8. If the research subject to the abstract has been realized with the support of any authority /company/institution , information like “Acknowledgment: This research has been supported by…… ” should be given in the disclosure/conflict of interest section.
9. Notification of acceptance of their submission will be provided by e-mail until February 26 / 2009 .
3. Procedure and General Policy for Full Papers
1. Manuscript must be written in English
2. The deadline for submission full text is 15/3/ 2009
3. The manuscript will be published in the 11th ICHPER∙SD ERCE’ 2009 Proceeding Book
4. A manuscript will be published only if at least one author is registered and has paid the registration fee.
5. Abstracts can only be submitted electronically through the online ..........
6. Manuscripts should be single- spaced, used 12 points, Times New Roman Do not exceed 6 pages (including cover sheet).
7. Below are detailed guidelines for preparing your manuscript:

a. Full title of the manuscript must be written .
b. Every manuscript must include full name of each author, affiliations of the authors, institutions, university where the investigation was conducted.
c. Full address of the main author for correspondence also include email and telephone must be written.
d. Presenting author must be indicated by the star .
f. Manuscript must have subtitles : “ Introduction,” “ Materials and Methods”, “Results”, “Discussion”.
e. If the research supported by authority /company/institution , it will be indicated as “Acknowledgment: This research has been supported by…… ” should be given in the disclosure/conflict of interest section. It should be following the references
f. Manuscript should have same content as the submitted abstract.
g. The location of tables and figures must be indicated within the text.
h. Authors' citations must be prepared according to APA style

References: Reference list must be written alphabetically.
Authors' citations must be prepared according to APA style.
