Accommodation

-Participants who have booked their accommodation through Intra Travel Ltd will receive their hotel vouchers after advance full payment (for the packages). The vouchers have to be given to the hotel cashiers latest at the time of check-out.
-accommodation prices include breakfast and V.A.T all other expenditures should be settled with the hotel cashiers directly.
-Participants who have any questions, problems or would like to make new booking please apply to the Registration Center.
-Please write/fill clearly and make sure the entire form is properly completed.
-You can send by fax or e-mail the completed form to the Intra Travel Ltd.
-No reservation will be accepted without the respective payment.
-Hotel reservation received after September 20, 2004 can not be guaranteed and will be made according to availability only.

We regret that cheques will not be accepted.

Please do not forget to sign your accommodation form.
Confirmation of Reservation
After Intra Travel Ltd has received your completed accommodation form and full payment, you will be receiving a hotel voucher indicating the details of your accommodation, which have to be provided during your checking..
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to the Intra Travel Ltd.
Refunds will be made according to the following Schedule:
-Full refund for written cancellations received before june 30, 2004.(*)
-50% refund for written cancellations received before August 01, 2004.(*)
-No refund for cancellations received on or after September 01, 2004.

(*)Cancellations will be charged with administration costs Euro 30.
All refunds due to cancellation will be processed after the congress.
